Section 02

Scope and acceptance

These terms govern reservations made through this booking website for Day Passes, meals, accommodation and other experiences offered by Al Kamar Camp Agafay.

By submitting a booking and accepting these terms, the customer confirms that the information supplied is accurate, that they have legal capacity to contract, and that they accept the conditions applicable to the selected offer.

Section 03

Booking process

The description, schedule, inclusions and price displayed during checkout form part of the selected offer. Photographs are illustrative and minor differences do not constitute non-performance.

All offers are subject to availability. A selection placed in the basket is not reserved until payment has been accepted and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Section 04

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The final payable total is displayed before payment.

Card payments are processed by Payzone through its secure payment interface. Al Kamar Camp Agafay does not receive or store the customer's complete card number or security code.

A booking is not confirmed merely because a payment form was submitted. Confirmation requires a successful payment status and issuance of a booking reference.

Section 05

Booking confirmation

After successful payment, the customer receives an on-screen confirmation and/or an email containing the booking reference and reservation details. The customer should verify them immediately.

If payment appears to have been debited but no confirmation is received, do not submit repeated payments. Contact the camp with the customer's name, date and payment reference so the transaction can be checked.

Section 06

Cancellation, amendments and refunds

  • Cancellation is free up to one month before the scheduled arrival date.
  • For cancellation from one month to 14 days before arrival, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
  • For cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, the full reservation price is charged.

Cancellation requests must be sent to info@alkamarcamp.com and should include the booking reference. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on the customer's bank and payment network.

Section 07

Arrival, children and guest conduct

Guests must arrive during the time stated in their confirmation and present the booking reference when requested. Late arrival does not extend the booked service.

Guests must respect staff instructions, other guests, the premises and applicable safety rules. The camp may refuse or end service where conduct is dangerous, unlawful, abusive or seriously disruptive, without refund where legally permitted.

Section 08

Programme changes and force majeure

For safety, weather, operational reasons or force majeure, Al Kamar may reasonably modify, postpone or cancel an experience. Where the camp cancels and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the amount paid for the unavailable service will be refunded. Indirect costs such as transport are not covered unless required by law.

Section 09

Responsibility and liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for damage they intentionally or negligently cause. Outdoor and pool activities carry ordinary inherent risks; guests must follow safety instructions and disclose relevant accessibility or health needs before arrival.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Section 10

Personal data

Booking data is used to process payment, manage the reservation, communicate practical information, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting obligations. It may be shared with service providers only where necessary for those purposes.

Customers may request access to or correction of their personal data, and may exercise other rights available under applicable Moroccan data-protection law, by contacting info@alkamarcamp.com. Identity verification may be requested before a rights request is completed.

Section 11

Questions and complaints

Any complaint should first be sent to info@alkamarcamp.com with the booking reference and supporting information so that an amicable solution can be sought.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the competent Moroccan courts, without depriving a consumer of any mandatory protection available under applicable law.

If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
